Awarded NSERC CGS-D

I am ecstatic to announce that I have been awarded the NSERC CGS-D scholarship to support my PhD research over the next three years.

Starting PhD

I am excited to start working towards my PhD in Computer Science at the University of Toronto.

Completed MSc

I successfully defended my MSc thesis titled “Exploring the Design of Autonomous Vehicle-Pedestrian Interaction”.

Presented paper at DIS 2019

Presented my research on designing a simulator to study autonomous vehicle-pedestrian interaction.

Internship at Honda Research Institute - USA

Began a research internship at HRI supervised by Dr. Teruhisa Misu working on interfaces for autonomous vehicles.

Presented first paper at CHI

Presented my undergraduate research on autonomous vehicle-pedestrian interaction at CHI 2018 in Montreal.

Attended HRI Pioneers

Attended my first research conference (HRI 2018) where I had the opportunity to participate in the HRI Pioneers workshop.

Starting MSc

I will be pursuing my MSc in Computer Science at the University of Calgary, supervised by Dr. Ehud Sharlin and Dr. Sowmya Somanath.
